Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol in NEW YORK, NY. This role offers flexible hours with fixed shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts for higher earnings.

Pay rate is $18.87 per hour. The position requires a New York State Security Guard License, at least one year of security experience, and a background check. Schedule: DayTime Thur 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM.

Qualifications

• New York State Security Guard License required.
• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and service providers by following site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies professionally and notify appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization, maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Maintain a professional presence that supports a respectful atmosphere for residents and visitors.
