Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors per site procedures.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor sign-in.
• Conduct regular patrols of interior and exterior areas.
• Respond to incidents calmly and notify emergency services as directed.
• Prepare clear incident reports per site requirements.
