Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures and escalating concerns as needed.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations via incident reports.
• Communicate professionally with occupants, visitors, and Allied Universal supervision regarding security-related concerns and maintenance issues.
