Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Entry Control in Broomfield, CO, offering a Part Time Enhanced schedule with fixed anchor shifts and the option to pick up more shifts via our scheduling platform. The role provides reliable hours, base pay of $26.19 per hour, and opportunities to earn through additional shifts across sites.

Responsibilities include front-desk duties, access control, visitor management, and incident response at an aerospace and defense location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background investigation required under federal, state and local laws.
• CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Staff the front desk and greet, screen, and direct visitors in accordance with facility requirements and/or visitor management procedures.
• Verify identification and credentials, issue visitor badges and access materials, and maintain accurate entry and departure records.
• Monitor front-desk communications, receive and route calls, and promptly report unusual activity, incidents, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while following established site procedures.
