Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Cleared Security Officer Driving in Boulder, CO, offering part-time, fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform. The pay rate is $26.14 per hour, with a schedule of DayTime Fri 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM.

Responsibilities include customer service at an aerospace/defense site, regular patrols, access control, incident response, and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and communicating with Allied Universal supervision and/or emergency responders as needed.
Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately in required reports and logs.
