Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and enforce site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and assist with emergencies.
• Monitor access, greet visitors, verify credentials, and maintain records.
• Answer phones, route inquiries, and communicate security concerns to staff.
• Maintain professional front desk presence and report issues per site procedures.
