Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Enhanced in Bothell, WA. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with a six-month commitment and optional additional shifts to increase earnings. You’ll provide front-desk style service, enforce access control, handle security procedures, and maintain logs, while working at a commercial real estate site.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate location.
• Greet visitors, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, issue temporary access badges, and direct guests.
• Monitor entry points, lobby activity, alarm notifications, and camera systems; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and requests for assistance calmly and professionally.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Visitor Services in Bothell, WA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $21.93 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, issuing temporary access badges, and directing guests in accordance with location procedures.
• Monitor building entry points, lobby activity, alarm notifications, and camera systems as assigned, promptly reporting unusual activity or access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, courteous, problem-solving manner while following established escalation protocols.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and other required documentation, communicate clearly with building management and Allied Universal leadership, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent front-desk screening practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
