Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Visitor Services in Bothell, WA. This role offers flexible, anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our platform to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $21.93 per hour, with duties including greeting visitors, verifying credentials, and enforcing site procedures. Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, customer service experience, and comfort with computers.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Background investigation per federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Serve as a professional front-desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, issuing temporary access badges, and directing guests in accordance with location procedures.
• Monitor building entry points, lobby activity, alarm notifications, and camera systems as assigned, promptly reporting unusual activity or access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, courteous, problem-solving manner while following established escalation protocols.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports and other required documentation, communicate clearly with building management and Allied Universal leadership, and help deter unauthorized access through consistent front-desk screening practices.
