As an unarmed patrol officer, you will conduct regular patrols, maintain a visible presence, monitor access, and respond to incidents with professional communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following site-specific procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and report any concerns to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly, following emergency procedures.
• Prepare clear activity and incident reports for Allied Universal leadership.
