Qualifications

• Customer service experience delivering professional service to tenants, visitors and property personnel.
• Ability to follow site-specific security procedures and emergency response processes.
• Experience conducting regular/unarmed patrols and maintaining deterrence of unauthorized activity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report through established channels.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of common areas, parking, entrances and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious conditions or violations to site personnel.
• Prepare accurate activity logs and incident reports in line with requirements.
