Job summary

Allied Universal in Roseau, MN seeks a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver to provide reliable security services with flexible hours. The role offers anchored shifts and optional extra shifts through our scheduling platform to boost earnings.

Pay rate is $20.00 per hour. Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license and high school diploma, with CPR/First Aid preferred and background/drug screening as part of the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Access control/badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background check.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business location and perimeter, helping to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
