Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points; verify credentials; issue visitor passes; maintain logs.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and emergencies per escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities and perimeter areas to identify security concerns.
• Communicate incidents and activities to site personnel and leadership.
