Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Driver in Mason, OH to protect and serve tenants and visitors at a commercial real estate site. You will perform regular patrols, manage access points, and respond to incidents using established procedures, while delivering professional customer service and maintaining a visible presence.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, adherence to site policies, and availability for a daytime schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property staff by following site procedures and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols of building common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, entrances, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, assist with visitor direction and report unauthorized access per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and document activities as required.
• Complete accurate daily activity, incident, and patrol reports per Allied Universal and site requirements.
