Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and visitors by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly, escalating per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the retail location and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor for unusual activity and policy violations and deter unauthorized access.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate information to leadership and site personnel.
