Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service at the front desk by greeting visitors, employees, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Support access-control procedures by verifying visitor credentials and issuing badges.
• Monitor front-desk activity and designated access points for security concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow site procedures.
• Complete reports and documentation accurately and communicate observations to leadership and clients.
