Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screening where permitted by law.
• State/local licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific procedures and front desk protocols at an aerospace and defense location.
• Monitor access to the facility by verifying credentials, managing visitor registration, issuing visitor badges, and directing guests as required.
• Answer and route calls, receive deliveries, maintain visitor/access records, and communicate with personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and security situations calmly and professionally, following procedures.
• Deter unauthorized access and report security concerns to site leadership or management.
