Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for Patrol Operations in Roy, Utah. You will monitor facilities, deter incidents, control access, and provide excellent customer service in a professional environment.

Minimum requirements include at least one year in security, DoD Secret Clearance, and a high school diploma. CPR is preferred. You must be 18+ (21+ for armed roles) with background checks and drug screening per policy. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols to identify hazards or concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; direct authorized visitors and contractors.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established protocols.
• Prepare reports and maintain logs related to patrols and observations.
