Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer in San Jose, CA. You will provide top-tier customer service, deter security incidents through patrols, and maintain a visible presence to safeguard clients across aerospace/defense locations.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance (preferred licenses), CPR/First Aid certification where possible, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance required.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide security procedures and emergency response within an aerospace/defense site as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, professional manner.
• Perform regular and random patrols of facilities and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials.
• Document patrols and incidents, communicating findings to site leadership.
