Job summary

DK Security, Inc. is seeking a part-time Security Officer to protect client properties in Bowling Green, OH. You will perform security duties including patrols, access control, and incident reporting, while delivering professional customer service.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass drug screening. CPR/First Aid/AED certification is required or must be obtained. This position is not armed and does not permit weapons on premises.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass a drug screening at time of hire and randomly thereafter.
• Cannot have felonies or certain misdemeanors related to dishonesty, fraud, or weapons.
• Able to sit, stand, and walk for 8–12 hours, including stairs.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification (or willingness to become certified) and able to use lifesaving skills.
• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and act as a positive reflection of the company.
• Observe and report suspicious activities and incidents.
• Maintain a professional security presence in lobbies, reception areas, and control centers.
• Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols as required by the contract.
• Enforce access control and verify employee/vendor IDs.
