Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED.
• Must pass drug screening; federal government contracts restrict marijuana use.
• No felonies or disqualifying misdemeanors.
• Able to sit/stand/walk 8–12 hours; lift 50 lbs (70 lbs for armed).
• CPR/First Aid/AED certified or willing to become certified.
• Must read/write/speak English fluently.
• Proficient with a smart phone or computer for emails/training.
• Strong customer service and personal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and coworkers.
• Observe and report suspicious activities and incidents.
• Maintain a professional security presence in lobbies, reception areas, and control centers.
• Conduct foot and/or vehicle patrols of assigned areas as required.
• Manage access control by verifying IDs and restricting entry.
• Respond to emergencies with CPR/First Aid/AED and coordinate with responders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
