Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted as part of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization in accordance with site procedures.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
