Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by executing security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Staff the front desk, greet visitors, and provide information per site procedures.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials, and maintain logs.
• Receive and route calls and report unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
