Allied Universal in Houston, TX seeks a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Badge Issuance to provide reliable security coverage with fixed anchor shifts and optional extra shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $15.50 per hour. The role offers day-time shifts with potential to scale to full-time hours up to 40 per week, while maintaining flexibility. A background check and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following site-specific security procedures and policies.
• Monitor and control access to the site and verify credentials.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per site protocols.
• Conduct patrols and report security concerns.
• Communicate professionally with staff, contractors, and visitors.
