Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Driver Entry Compliance in Topton, PA to safeguard facilities across Manufacturing & Industrial sites. You will manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor activity and provide professional customer service while representing Allied Universal’s values.

• Must have customer service experience or ability to handle client interactions professionally.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet for logging visits and access-control tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and policies.
• Monitor and control entry and exit points at a manufacturing and industrial location, verifying credentials and directing authorized individuals.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, facility grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain access-control logs for visitors, contractors, deliveries, incidents, and unusual activity.
