Job summary

Allied Universal is North America's leading security and facility services company seeking a Part Time Access Credential Intake Security Officer in Loxahatchee, FL. You will monitor entry points, verify access, maintain visitor logs, and deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests.

Shifts are Sat/Sun 12:00 AM–08:00 AM with a flexible schedule through our Claim a Shift platform. We value integrity, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, maintain visitor logs, and communicate access concerns to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, access-related activity, and policy violations.
