Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Digital Credential Support in Loxahatchee, FL to serve residents and visitors, monitor access points, and support a secure residential community. You will work on a flexible schedule via our Claim a Shift platform and provide excellent customer service while following site policies.

The role involves monitoring entry points, verifying credentials, logging access, and responding to incidents calmly.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles. A HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and manage entry/exit points, verify authorization, and maintain access logs.
• Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, professional manner following reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas, parking, entrances, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate observations and security concerns to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
