Qualifications

• Must be 18+ (21+ for armed roles) and have valid driver's license where required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel.
• Monitor entry and exit points and verify credentials.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents calmly and escalate when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Assist with emergency response and report unusual conditions to leadership.
