Securitas, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Security Officer in Cabool, MO to help maintain a safe environment for our clients. The role focuses on access control, patrolling multiple sites, and enforcing site regulations while delivering professional customer service.

Shifts are weekends only, with 12-hour blocks from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position offers competitive hourly pay, paid training, uniforms, and benefits as part of the comprehensive security program.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property and meet checkpoints.
• Access control duties in a guard shack and checking in trucks.

Part Time Security Officer

Primary Location: Cabool, MO

Wage:$15.00/HR

Weekends Only: 12 Hour Shifts

• Sat - Sun: 5AM - 5PM

TheSecurity Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.

• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Valid Drivers License required.
• Must be alert and observant.
• Must have a strong professional appearance.
