Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer/technology skills.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must be able to stay calm under pressure and remain vigilant.
• Must respond to emergencies with rapid judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Strong observational and communication abilities; quick decision-making.

Security Officer — Full Time

Site Location: Kansas City, MO & Independence, MO

Wage: $18.86-$20.18/HR

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.
