Securitas, Inc. is seeking Temp Security Officers to join our Richmond Heights area team. You will monitor access, patrol sites, and respond to incidents to help maintain a safe environment for clients and visitors.

Shifts run 07:00-15:00, 15:00-23:00, and 23:00-07:00. Minimum 18 years old, HS diploma required, valid driver's license, and successful pre-employment screening. We offer comprehensive benefits and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required and driving record must meet company/insurance standards.
• Must be willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
• Ensure that all post orders are followed and assigned rounds are completed.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices throughout shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks and duties of similar nature as required for assigned site.

Temp Security Officer's

Primary Location: Richmond Heights, MO

Wage: $18.00/HR

Available Shifts

• 0700 - 1500
• 1500 - 2300
• 2300 - 0700

The Security Officers help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order whileenforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

Basic Requirements

• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.

• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Driving record must meet company and / or insurance standards.
• Must be alert and observant.
• Must be responsible and dependable.
• Reliable means of transportation needed.
