Securitas USA in Eau Claire, WI is seeking a Part Time Security Officer to help maintain a safe environment for clients by monitoring premises, controlling access, and patrolling diverse sites.

Responsibilities include de-escalation, reporting safety issues, and assisting guests and employees. Requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Part Time Security Officer

Primary Location: Eau Claire WI

Wage Range: $18.50-$19.50/HR

Schedule: Fri: 0800 - 1600 & Sun - Mon: 0600 - 1600

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.

• Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
