Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Incident Call Coordinator in Newark, DE. You will coordinate calls, monitor security systems, and dispatch incidents from the on-site dispatch center to appropriate personnel.

You will provide customer-focused service to clients, visitors, and employees while maintaining detailed logs and clear communication. A background in security or law enforcement is preferred, with a high school diploma or GED required and CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• High school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check as per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, communications systems, and other security-related technology from the dispatch center; document activity and report irregularities according to site procedures.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, incidents, and critical situations to appropriate personnel in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and records of communications, visitor activity, and security-related events.
• Coordinate with on-site personnel, management, and emergency responders as directed during incidents, maintaining clear and timely communication.
