Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Unarmed Driver Patrol Officer in Mount Laurel, NJ to serve clients across financial institutions and other sites. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible security presence, monitor access points, and support badge and access control activities while delivering professional customer service.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and at least five years of security experience, with the ability to drive and work a varied daytime and weekend

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• At least 5 years of security-related experience is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs accurately and in accordance with site requirements.
