• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and clients at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, documenting observations and reporting irregularities.
• Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications accurately.
