Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access by checking credentials and reporting unauthorized entry or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner per post orders.
• Prepare activity, incident, and patrol reports for site leadership.
