Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner following reporting protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization; maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, visitors, and leadership regarding security concerns and post activities.
