Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Nashville, TN. This role offers flexible, reliable hours at an assigned site with opportunities to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $20.60 per hour, with a schedule including DayTime and Night shifts to support a healthcare environment. The position emphasizes a fixed anchor shift, the option to earn more through extra shifts, and the potential to scale toward a full-time

Qualifications

Six months of security-related experience required.
A valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
Guard card or license preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
Background check and drug screen required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and grounds to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and report unusual conditions or incidents.
Document observations and communicate information to leadership and site personnel.
