Qualifications

• Provides customer service at a commercial real-estate location including interactions with clients, guests and visitors.
• Ability to observe and deter security risks through patrols and access control.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, tenants, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unauthorized access and concerns.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document activities.
• Maintain a professional presence during events and site operations.
