Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and with reporting.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols in healthcare facilities and surrounding areas to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points, assist with directions and facility information, report unusual conditions.
• Complete required activity reports and shift communications per site requirements.
