Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Hospital Patrol Driver in Cleveland, OH. The role offers flexible hours, a fixed anchor shift, and opportunities to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $16.00 per hour with a schedule that may include day and night hours. This position supports hospital locations with safety, visitor management, and incident handling as part of a dedicated security team.

Qualifications

• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors as per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly per protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate observations to leadership.
