Qualifications

• Experience with access-control procedures and badge systems is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; background check and drug screening may apply.
• Comfortable using computer or tablet and delivering customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors and employees while enforcing access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and maintain visitor/contractor records.
• Screen trucks, trailers and personnel per site procedures to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms and access concerns and notify leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility and document security observations.
