Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• A valid driver's license is required according to policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and report irregularities to leadership and client representatives.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate with leadership and client representatives.
