Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify identifications and visitor authorizations, issue credentials as directed, and maintain visitor records.
• Operate front-desk communication systems and direct guests to appropriate contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies following established procedures.
• Report unusual activity or policy violations to site leadership.
