Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required by site policy.
• Background check and drug screen per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a front-desk post.
• Verify credentials and manage visitor registration and passes.
• Receive and route calls, maintain logs, and communicate with site contacts and leadership.
• Monitor access-control, alarm, and camera systems and report irregularities.
• Respond calmly to incidents and follow emergency procedures.
