Allied Universal, a leading security and facilities services provider, is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Front Desk Services for a site in Gahanna, OH. This role offers flexible, anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

You will deliver customer service at a front desk, verify credentials, monitor access, manage visitor logs, and respond to incidents in accordance with site procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required prior to employment.
• Anchor shift commitment and ability to work as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a front-desk post.
• Verify credentials, manage visitor registration, and issue passes.
• Receive calls, maintain logs, and communicate with site contacts.
• Monitor access-control, alarm, and camera systems; report issues.
• Respond to incidents calmly following emergency procedures.
