Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and contractors at a public transportation location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols to identify hazards and report incidents.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify appropriate personnel per protocols.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter unauthorized entry and damage.
• Document incidents and observations in required reports for supervisors.
