Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Roving Patrol in Milwaukee, WI. This role offers flexible, fixed shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $19.45 per hour. A valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. The position supports part-time hours with potential for more shifts as available.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities at public transportation locations.
• Respond to incidents, passenger concerns, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, vehicles, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout assigned areas, reporting suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations.
