The position requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 20+ lbs, and willingness to work day and night shifts. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, with background checks and a drug screen as standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to clients and follow site policies.
• Be able to operate a computer or tablet when required.
• Background checks and drug screening will be conducted as per law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous-material-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, process areas, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Complete accurate reports, logs, and incident documentation, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
