Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer in Topton, PA to manage access control and patrol duties at manufacturing and industrial locations. You will provide professional customer service, monitor entry points, verify credentials, and respond to incidents.

The role offers flexible day/evening shifts and a pay rate of 18.00 per hour. A valid driver’s license and security experience are required, with a background check and drug screen as part of the employment process.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security procedures and access-control policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and direct authorized personnel.
• Control entry/exit of vehicles and personnel and maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate concerns via established channels.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and perimeter areas to deter activity.
