Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license as per policy.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• State/city licensing is preferred.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and personnel following site procedures.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify access credentials; maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents and alarms; notify appropriate personnel per procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas and perimeters to deter incidents.
• Prepare accurate incident and patrol reports as required.
